At Pronite, we strive to offer the highest quality services to our customers. Please be aware that all sales and services finalized with Pronite are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges
All purchases made through Pronite are considered final. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing them. We do not permit refunds or exchanges, and customers are responsible for their purchases and all associated charges.

3. Refunds for Non-Delivery of Services
Eligibility for Refund: If you experience a charge to your card or bank account for a transaction made on the Pronite platform without the delivery of services within 15 days of the transaction, you may be eligible for a refund.* Reporting Non-Delivery: To report a non-delivery, please inform us by sending an email to info@pronite.in or through a message on our contact page. Include in your report the transaction date and order number for us to investigate.

4. Investigation and Refund Process

  • Investigation: Upon receiving your report, Pronite will conduct an investigation. If it is determined that the charge occurred without proper delivery of the services, we will initiate a refund process.
  • Refund Issuance: Once your refund is confirmed, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive your email.
